A.P.B. is a power pop-rock band that puts a unique spin on traditional pop and rock tunes. The band brings arrangements and a fresh perspective not heard in other venues today.

The band has a passion for creating fun and unique arrangements of classic tunes that everyone can relate to. The mix of the two provides a familiar feel but is different from the typical dance band.

A.P.B. is made up of top musicians that have been playing the circuit for many years. The band's talent and musical selections make them a great fit for many venues from small clubs to rockin' the bigger stages and everything in between.

Our typical song list includes songs like Purple Rain, Bad Mamma Jamma, Can't Stop the Feeling, Forget You, Hot in Here, Hard to Handle, Old Town Road and classics like Superstition, Jail House Rock and whatever it takes to keep the party going.

Tony Diecidue - Drums

Tony Diecidue Tony has been playing drums since he was 10 years old. He’s toured this country and Canada in bands that ranged from jazz to rock to disco to country to even Elvis impersonators. He was in one of the top local rock bands in Wash. D.C. in the 80’s and played in the hottest clubs in Georgetown, Alexandria and Baltimore. Tony had the honor to perform along with jazz greats Dave Liebman and Tony Marino at the St. Luke's Summer Festival in Stroudsburg on numerous occasions. He has appeared with Rob Paparozzi of Blood Sweat and Tears and Blues Brothers fame. Tony has also donated his talent to the Starving Musicians charity CDs and the Eye Rock events at the Hard Rock in NYC. Most recently Tony hosted a jazz-jam locally with guitar great Spencer Reed and acclaimed bassist Tony Marino. To hear and see more of Tony, visit any of these pages:

Don Mayer - Guitar

Don Mayer Don Mayer-Don has been doing live performances for more than thirty years. An extraordinary live performer in many styles including blues, rock, jazz, and country. Don is known as the Tone Master for his ability to achieve exceptional tone through his proficient knowledge of his instrument and equipment. Audiences everywhere are inspired and awed by his talent and musicality. Don has studied with many jazz greats such as Pat Martino and Harry Leahy. He has also performed with such recording artists as Bobby Rydell, Fabian, Jerry Vale, Cesar Diaz, Vic Juris, and Dave Liebman. Don has recently worked with the Mary Hawkins band and Rock Roots, and educational program teaching the history of Rock ‘n’ Roll to schools in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut. In 2004, Don Mayer and Mary Hawkins were selected by the Lehigh Valley Blues Network to represent them at the International Blues Competition in Memphis, Tennessee. The received great marks and got thru to the third round. Most recently, the Don Mayer Band and Trio appeared at the Stockton Blues Festival with Rock and Roll Hall of Famer, Jim Wieder of The Band, and the Queen of the New York City Blues vocalist Roxy Perry.

Phil Adams - Lead vocals

Phil Adams Phil Adams-Phil hails from Maryland where is voice and high energy persona has made an impact on the rock/pop scene there. With years of experience in the music and entertainment industry, he captivates audiences and makes them part of his musical/dance experience. Now living in southwest Florida he brings that same energy to A.P.B. Add in the phenomenal guitar work of Don Mayer, Drums by Tony D and Michael Dempsey on bass and this 4-piece band will party your socks off.


Santana Silcott - Bass

Santana Silcott Santana Silcott-Santana is an up-and-coming musician with a broad background in various genres. Born and raised in Central Illinois, Santana began his musical journey on guitar at age 11, performing since age 13 in local venues. He was commonly beside very advanced musicians from an early age, including local music professors that helped distill his playing and instill a greater passion for music. Having experienced a number of groups and ensembles, Santana has performed Jazz, Fusion, Funk, Flamenco, Classical, Rock, Blues, and Soul. Graduating from Millikin University in 2018 with a focus in Classical and Jazz Guitar Performance, as well as audio engineering and composition, he found that he has a paralleled passion for bass as well as guitar.


A.P.B. plays a variety of popular songs that include artists like; Korn, Carl Carlton, Justin Timberlake, Lil Nas, Black Crows, Tom Petty, Celo Green, The Rolling Stones, The Beatles, Bob Segar, and John Mellencamp.
